Conduct background screening services and generate consolidated reports using data searches, court searches, verifications, and other applicable sources.

Perform background screening services following all federal, state, and local regulations.

Continually monitor client relationships to address concerns immediately.

Follow FCRA and all applicable laws.

Analyze results as the investigation proceeds and provide recommendations to the Client.

Communicate with assigned Clients and provide regular updates concerning results, turnaround time & recommendations.

Obtain and keep current NAPBS /FCRA Basic Certification.

Experience and interest in the background screening industry

Experience with Accurint, Lexis, Westlaw, PACER (preferred)

Experience with the court and public searches (preferred)
